Acceptance of Terms

These terms apply when you access or use UngrindFi's website, educational content, calculators, quizzes, and result-email features. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Educational Service

UngrindFi provides educational information and mathematical scenario tools about financial independence. Calculators apply formulas and disclosed model assumptions to information you provide. Their outputs are estimates and illustrations, not predictions, guarantees, or determinations that a course of action is suitable for you.

A label such as “Coast FIRE,” “Barista FIRE,” “ready,” “on track,” or “success probability” describes a model output under particular assumptions. It does not promise that you can retire, stop saving, leave employment, or meet future expenses.

No Professional or Fiduciary Relationship

No output should be understood as a recommendation that you buy, sell, hold, or allocate any security; enter any transaction; choose a particular account, tax election, or insurance product; or claim any tax or government benefit. Content may discuss these topics for general education, but it does not evaluate all facts relevant to your circumstances.

Before acting on an estimate, independently verify the inputs and conclusions and seek appropriately licensed or qualified professionals for investment, tax, legal, accounting, benefits, healthcare, or insurance questions.

Assumptions, Sources, and Accuracy

Projections can be materially affected by market returns, inflation, fees, taxes, sequence-of-returns risk, spending changes, longevity, healthcare costs, employment, pensions, Social Security or other benefits, and changes in law or program rules. Constant-return projections simplify real-world volatility, and simulated outcomes depend on the model and data used.

We aim to explain and maintain our formulas and time-sensitive inputs, but we do not warrant that every figure, source, limit, law, benefit rule, or output is complete, current, error-free, or appropriate for your situation. Past performance does not guarantee future results, and investment losses are possible.

You are responsible for reviewing the methodology, checking whether values are nominal or inflation-adjusted, testing a reasonable range of assumptions, and verifying important calculations and current rules before making a decision.

Intellectual Property

The service's design, software, original content, and branding are owned by or licensed to UngrindFi and may be protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use calculator outputs for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, sell, republish, or create a competing product from protected portions of the service unless the law allows it or we give permission.

Third-Party Services and Links

The service relies on third-party providers and may link to third-party sites. Their services, content, availability, and privacy practices are controlled by them. A link or technical integration does not by itself mean that UngrindFi endorses a third-party product or that the third party endorses UngrindFi.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is processed when you use free tools, request email delivery, or allow analytics.

Availability and Changes

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may correct, update, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features or content. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent storage of inputs or results, or compatibility with every device or browser.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, UngrindFi and its creators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, opportunities, or goodwill, arising from use of or inability to use the service, reliance on an estimate, or errors in content or calculations. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top identifies the current version. Updated terms apply from the time they are posted unless stated otherwise.
